This document sets out the rules and conditions governing your use of the 1million platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service on the 1million platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1million as the platform operator. They apply to all users, including new users, registered users, and visitors without an account who access publicly available content on the platform.
The 1million platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1million reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1million platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. 1million will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 1million support team immediately via the live chat available within the platform for further preventive action.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 1million platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Violations may result in account suspension or closure.
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Placing bets within the limits set by the platform
- Using valid payment methods in your own name
- Contacting customer support for genuine assistance
- Updating your account information when changes occur
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Transferring funds between different user accounts without authorisation
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
All deposit transactions on the 1million platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts payments via approved local methods, including online bank transfers and authorised eWallets. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending verification.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit to ensure transaction security. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the method and amount requested. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification before approval. 1million reserves the right to hold any withdrawal suspected of involving unlawful activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus or promotion offered by 1million is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion. These promotional terms form part of this agreement. Users suspected of abusing the bonus or promotion system may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended or closed.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
1million shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, game outcomes, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical errors.
All content on the 1million platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1million. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Using 1million's brand name, trademarks, or copyrighted materials in any form without authorisation constitutes a breach of intellectual property law and may be subject to legal action.
The 1million platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. Such links do not imply that 1million endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
6. Account Policy & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
1million reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of the terms set out in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, the use of bots, promotion abuse, submission of false information, or involvement in suspected unlawful activity.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 1million reserves the right to hold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the breach be proven, the balance may be fully forfeited. Users whose accounts have been closed for breaching these terms are not permitted to register a new account.
Right to Amend Terms
1million reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
